Joje bus suteikti pagrindiniai įgūdžiai, reikalingi kuriant iniciatyvas, kurios skatina subalansuotą moterų ir vyrų dalyvavimą darbo rinkoje, lygias darbo sąlygas bei geresnę darbo ir asmeninio gyvenimo pusiausvyrą. </span><span data-contrast="none">Programa taip pat padės įmonėms parengti glaustą veiksmų planą su pradiniais pasiūlymais dėl priemonių ir intervencijų, skirtų geresnei darbo aplinkai ir lyčių lygybei skatinti.</span><br />

<p data-start="586" data-end="847"><strong data-start="586" data-end="604">For Employees:</strong><br data-start="604" data-end="607" />This training program is intended to help employees – parents and caregivers – familiarize themselves with the key principles of gender equality, shared responsibility, and work-life balance in the workplace.<br data-start="815" data-end="818" /><strong data-start="818" data-end="839">Program duration:</strong> 5 hours<br />
This programme will be delivered entirely remotely on the Moodle platform.</p>
<p data-start="849" data-end="1429"><strong data-start="849" data-end="885">For HR Specialists and Managers:</strong><br data-start="885" data-end="888" />This program aims to deepen participants&#8217; understanding of corporate wellbeing, gender equality, and work-life balance. It will provide the essential skills needed to develop initiatives that promote balanced participation of women and men in the labor market, equal working conditions, and improved work-life balance. The program will also help companies prepare a concise action plan with initial proposals for measures and interventions aimed at fostering a better working environment and gender equality.<br data-start="1396" data-end="1399" /><strong data-start="1399" data-end="1420">Program duration:</strong> 12 hours<br />
The programme will run LIVE, between September and November.</p>

<p data-start="1853" data-end="1874"><strong data-start="1853" data-end="1874">How Will It Work?</strong></p>
<p data-start="1876" data-end="2376">Short online meetings in small groups will be organized with representatives of registered companies. During these meetings, we will provide a more detailed overview of the training program, introduce the MOODLE system (which will be used for the training of employees), and provide a short introductory questionnaire to be completed independently before the start of the training. The employee program will begin in late summer. The start date for the HR specialists and managers program will be announced later.</p>
<p data-start="2378" data-end="2660">These training courses were developed as part of the EU co-funded project <a href="https://www.diversitygroup.lt/fwp_portfolio/check-challenge-equality-in-employment-and-care/">CHECk</a>. The goal of the project is to reduce gender inequality in employment in Italy, Spain, and Lithuania by promoting work-life balance practices among stakeholders in the public and private sectors.</p>
