Invitation to the conference "Ethnic and Religious Diversity: Inclusion Strategies at the Work Place"


Diversity is the reality of modern society and an integral part of the labor market, but do we deliberately foster an inclusive working environment that values and respects different ethnicity, attitudes and experiences?

Considering that diversity is a permanent status of contemporary societies and integral part of labour markets globally, Lithuanian Diversity Charter with Partners invites you to a working the Conference, which will have a closer look at how Lithuanian companies are ensuring diversity at the work place by applying different approaches and methodologies of diversity and inclusion. Experiences and practices of non-governmental sector will allow looking at the labour market inclusion of vulnerable groups considering wider context of integration policies in Lithuania; while the approach of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) will give the opportunity to learn about the implementation of the holistic approach of labour market integration measures that could be applied in Lithuania and beyond.

The Conference targets private sector, but it is also open for all the stakeholders from the public and nongovernmental sectors, which are aiming to ensure inclusive working environment for everybody by developing and implementing innovative integration / inclusion measures at the workplace.
